Results - Week 7 - Tuesday 29th November 2011

Social Sports 4-2 Moat Aces

Ross Hill got the Sports off to a good start by winning the first game he beat Darren Gilmore by a 2-1 score line. Adam Gordon doubled the score by beating Jimmy Duffy also by a 2-1 score line. The Aces pulled one back when Martin Hill defeated Dennis Keenan 2-1. In the fourth game Richard Campbell restored the two game lead when he beat David Carlisle 2-1 after losing the first frame. In the fifth Alan Rainey pulled another one back for the Aces with a straight frame win over John Grierson and in the last game Richard Turtle defeated K.D. Crabbe in straight frames for a final score of 4-2 for the Social Sports.

Connollys B 5 - 1 Fairhill Hustlers

Connollys got off to a flyer after winning the first four games without losing a frame. There winners being Pat McAnally, Dean Dunlop, Ryan Foster and Connor Connolly who all defeated George McCullough, Paul Hayes, Derek Dunlop and Justin Kilpatrick all by 2-0 score lines. In the fifth game Fairhill pulled one back through Robert Graham who defeated Barry McLarnon by a 2-1 score line. In the final game Brett McLaughlin wrapped it all up by defeating Ritchie Irwin by a 2-1 score line to leave the final score 5-1 for Connollys B.

Slemish Hotshots 1 - 5 Michelin Masters

The Masters arrived in Broughshane and hit the Slemish for four before they knew the match had started. The Masters won the first four games without dropping a frame there winners being Drew Sloan, Alan Armstrong, Rick McMaster and David Armstrong. In the fifth game Ryan Logan won for Slemish by defeating Donald Alexander by a 2-1 score line. In the last game Harry Eagleson finished off a good night for Michelin by beating Damian Keenan 2-1 and leaving the final score 5-1 for the Michelin Masters.

Horse and Jockey 0 - 6 Michelin Inbetweeners

Michelin Inbetweeners made the journey into Bryan Street to play and got off to a flyer when they took the first four games without dropping a frame. There winners being Gary Ormandy ,Lee Wright, Gareth Rowe and Finton Long who defeated Johnny Laing, Mark Davidson, Sam McCalmont and Dean Hill respectively . The Jockey got off to a good start in game when Henry Butler won the first frame against Phil Houston, but Phil fought back to win the next two frames and take the game. In the final frame Michael Thompson defeated Eddie Maxwell in straight frames to leave the final match score 6-0 for the Inbetweeners.
