Annual League Dinner Announcement

The League Dinner will be held at 7:30pm at Michelin Club on Friday 1st June.

This year ALL tickets must be paid for before attendance.

There is a meeting at the Michelin Club on Tuesday 15th May at 8pm sharp. ALL TEAMS are invited to attend (send a representative). Please bring exact figures for dinner attendance along with the money for each player (£15 per person). Without payment next week, you will not get to attend.

Connollys A 2 - 4 Diamond Bar

Sean Donnelly took the first game after beating Damian White by a 2-1 score line after losing the first frame. Diamond Bar took the next game to make the score 1-1 when Declan Heggarty beat Peter Kyle in straight frames. In game three Connollys made the score 2-1 when Martin O'Loughlin came from one frame down to win 2-1 against Adrian Mann. The next two games were both won by 2-0 score lines for the Diamond Bar there winners being Brendan O' Mullan and Chris Gordon who defeated Kevin Scullion and Alan Smyth to leave the score 3-2 for the Diamond. In the final game Ian Boal beat Joey McNally 2-1 after losing the first frame to make the final score 4-2 for the Diamond Bar.

Coach Bar 1 - 5 Michelin Masters

Donald Alexander put the away team into the lead when he beat Darren O'Neill in straight frames, David Armstrong made it 2-0 for Michelin when he came from one frame down to win 2-1 against Paul Shaw. Rick McMaster made it 3-0 when he beat Paul Gray in straight frames. In game four Alan Armstrong defeated Rodney Shirley by a 2-1 score line and then Brian Hanna made it 5-0 for Michelin with a 2-1 win over Aaron Erwin after being one down. In the last game Phillip McAllister saved a whitewash when he defeated Harry Eagleson in straight frames for a final score of 5-1 for the Michelin Masters.

Moat Aces 2 - 4 Connollys B

Pat McAnally got the away team off to a good start when he defeated K.D. Crabbe in straight frames. The next two games were both won by the Moat Aces there winners being Alan Rainey and Jimmy Duffy who defeated Barry McLarnon and Alan Davidson both in straight frames. In game four Connollys levelled at 2-2 when Ryan Foster beat David Carlisle in straight frames. In game five the away team went ahead through Connor Connolly who defeated Darren Gilmore by a 2-1 score line and in the final game Brett McLaughlin defeated George Crothers by a 2-0 score line to leave the final score 4-2 for Connollys B.

Social Sports 1 - 5 Slemish Hotshots

Ross Hill came from being one frame down to beat Gary Rodgers 2-1 and gave a 1-0 lead for the Social Sports. In game two Chris Adams made it 1-1 when he beat Dennis Keenan by a 2-1 score line. Paul Bates gave the Slemish the lead when he beat Adam Gordon by a 2-1 score line. In game four David Calderwood increased the lead to 3-1 for the Hotshots when he beat Richard Turtle by a 2-0 score. In the last two games the Slemish won these both by 2-1 when Chris Ramsey and Ryan Logan defeated Richard Campbell and Brian Boyd for a final score of 5-1 for the Slemish Hotshots.

Horse & Jockey 0 - 6 Fairhill Hustlers

The first three games were all won by Fairhill Hustlers by 2-0 score lines there winners being George McCullough, Derek Dunlop and Robert Graham who beat Mark Davidson , Eddie Maxwell and Gary Hillis to give Fairhill a 3-0 lead. Game four and five were both won by the same score line by the Fairhill there winners being Justin Kilpatrick and Ritchie Irwin who beat Dean Hill and Henry Butler both by 2-1 score lines. In the final game Paul Hayes defeated Sam McCalmont in straight frames for a 6-0 result for the Fairhill Hustlers.

Re-arranged Match from week 11 10/01/12

Connollys B 4 - 2 Moat Aces

Pat McAnally got the home team ahead when he beat Jimmy Duffy in straight frames. Ryan Foster made it 2-0 after he defeated Darren Gilmore in straight frames and he was helped by an 8ball clearance in the first frame of his game .Brett McLaughlin made it 3-0 with a 2-0 win over David Carlisle. In game four Alan Rainey pulled one back for the Moat when he beat Barry McLarnon by a 2-0 score line and he also had an 8ball clearance in the second frame. Connollys restored there three game lead when Alan Davidson came from one frame down to win 2-1 against K.D. Crabbe and in the final game George Crothers had to come from one down to win 2-1 against Connor Connolly to leave the final score 4-2 for Connollys B.

Connollys A 3 - 3 Coach Bar

Aaron Erwin put the Coach into the lead when he defeated Alan Smyth by a 2-1 score line after losing the first frame. Sean Donnelly levelled the match when he beat Rodney Shirley in straight frames. In game three Joey McNally put the home team in front when he beat Philip McAllister by a 2-1 score line. Paul McGall levelled for the Coach when he beat Kevin Scullion by a 2-0 score line. In game five Philip Shaw put the Coach ahead again when he defeated Peter Kyle 2-1 after losing the first frame and in the last game Martin O'Loughlin defeated James Miller 2-1 to leave the final result a 3-3 draw.
