Results Week 14 - Tuesday 22nd Feb 2011

Coach Bar 2-4 Social Inbetweeners

William Murphy set the home team on the winning way when he came from behind to beat Mark Gillespie 2-1. The Coach increased there lead with a win in straight frames for Jonny McKeown who beat Chris Penny 2-0.This started a fight back for the Inbetweeners who took the third game through Gary Ormandy who beat Stephen Purdon 2-0. In the fourth Finton Long levelled the scores when he beat Rodney McMaster 2-1 after losing the first frame. The last two games were both won by 2-0 in favour of the social club there winners being Derek Dunlop and Phil Houston who defeated Ann Agnew and Keith Agnew to leave the final score 4-2 for the Social Inbetweeners.

Social Cobwebs 6-0 Horse & Jockey

Stephen Holmes lost the first frame but won 2-1 over Eddie Maxwell. Liam Erwin had a win in straight frames when he defeated Sam McCalmont by a 2-0 score. In the third game which turned into a marathon Jimmy Knowles eventually won through to defeat Henry Butler by a 2-1 score line. In the fourth game Gary Richardson defeated Dean Hill also in straight frames to make the score 4-0 for the Cobwebs. In the last two games the Cobwebs had two more 2-0 wins to leave the final score 6-0. Their winners being Barry Kernohan and Alan Rainey who beat Rodney Shirley and Gary Hillis.

Michelin Master 4-2 Fairhill Hustlers

George McCullough got the Hustlers off to a flyer when he defeated Brian Hanna in straight frames. Rick McMaster levelled the match when he beat Robert Graham 2-1 after losing the first frame. The Hustlers took the lead for the second time when Ritchie Irwin came from being one frame down to defeat David Armstrong 2-1. In the fourth game Drew Sloan levelled the scores with a 2-0 win over Gary Agnew. Alan Armstrong put the home team into the lead when he beat Paul Hayes 2-1 after losing the first frame. In the final match Donald Alexander had a 2-1 win over Justin Kilpatrick to leave the final match score 4-2 for the Michelin Masters.

Connellys 5-1 Social Sports

Dennis Keenan put the Sports ahead when he beat Connor McAuley by a 2-1 scoreline. This must have riled Connellys for they won the next three games all by 2-0 scorelines the winners being Jonny Walker,Niall McElroy and Alan Smyth who beat Brian Boyd,Adam Gordon and Ross Hill respectively for a 3-1 lead.In the fifth game Joey NcNally defeated Richard Campbell by a 2-1 scoreline and in the last game Chris McGaughey defeated Rosie Turtle in straight frames to leave the final score 5-1 for Connellys.
