Results Week 14 - Tuesday 22nd Feb 2011

Coach Bar 2-4 Social Inbetweeners

William Murphy set the home team on the winning way when he came from behind to beat Mark Gillespie 2-1. The Coach increased there lead with a win in straight frames for Jonny McKeown who beat Chris Penny 2-0.This started a fight back for the Inbetweeners who took the third game through Gary Ormandy who beat Stephen Purdon 2-0. In the fourth Finton Long levelled the scores when he beat Rodney McMaster 2-1 after losing the first frame. The last two games were both won by 2-0 in favour of the social club there winners being Derek Dunlop and Phil Houston who defeated Ann Agnew and Keith Agnew to leave the final score 4-2 for the Social Inbetweeners.

Social Cobwebs 6-0 Horse & Jockey

Stephen Holmes lost the first frame but won 2-1 over Eddie Maxwell. Liam Erwin had a win in straight frames when he defeated Sam McCalmont by a 2-0 score. In the third game which turned into a marathon Jimmy Knowles eventually won through to defeat Henry Butler by a 2-1 score line. In the fourth game Gary Richardson defeated Dean Hill also in straight frames to make the score 4-0 for the Cobwebs. In the last two games the Cobwebs had two more 2-0 wins to leave the final score 6-0. Their winners being Barry Kernohan and Alan Rainey who beat Rodney Shirley and Gary Hillis.

Michelin Master 4-2 Fairhill Hustlers

George McCullough got the Hustlers off to a flyer when he defeated Brian Hanna in straight frames. Rick McMaster levelled the match when he beat Robert Graham 2-1 after losing the first frame. The Hustlers took the lead for the second time when Ritchie Irwin came from being one frame down to defeat David Armstrong 2-1. In the fourth game Drew Sloan levelled the scores with a 2-0 win over Gary Agnew. Alan Armstrong put the home team into the lead when he beat Paul Hayes 2-1 after losing the first frame. In the final match Donald Alexander had a 2-1 win over Justin Kilpatrick to leave the final match score 4-2 for the Michelin Masters.

Connellys 5-1 Social Sports

Dennis Keenan put the Sports ahead when he beat Connor McAuley by a 2-1 scoreline. This must have riled Connellys for they won the next three games all by 2-0 scorelines the winners being Jonny Walker,Niall McElroy and Alan Smyth who beat Brian Boyd,Adam Gordon and Ross Hill respectively for a 3-1 lead.In the fifth game Joey NcNally defeated Richard Campbell by a 2-1 scoreline and in the last game Chris McGaughey defeated Rosie Turtle in straight frames to leave the final score 5-1 for Connellys.

Results Week 13 - Tuesday 15th Feb 2011

Social Inbetweeners 3-3 Minnesota 8 Ballers

Pat McAnally got the 8 Ballers off to a good start when he came from being one down to win 2-1 against Phil Houston.Phil helped Pat on his way to victory when he potted the black only for the white to go in off in the deciding frame. The Inbetweeners started a fight back when Finton Long came from one down to beat Ryan Foster 2-1. In the third game it went the same way when Gary Ormandy also came from one down to beat Lee Wright 2-1. In the fourth game the Inbetweeners further increased there lead when Chris Penny defeated Stewart Frew in straight frames to make the match score 3-1 for the Social Club team. Barry McLarnon defeated Derek Dunlop 2-1 after losing the first frame and in the last game Alan Davidson did the same to Mark Gillespie by coming from one down to win 2-1 and leave the final score 3-3.

Horse and Jockey 1-5 Connollys

Niall McIlroy put the away team into the lead by beating Rodney Shirley by a 2-1 soreline. Eddie Maxwell levelled the scores when he beat Kevin Scullion 2-1 after losing the first frame. William Mitchell restored the lead for Connollys when he beat Gary Hillis in straight frames. In the fourth game Joey McNally increased the lead to 3-1 when he beat Sam McCalmont by a 2-1 score. The last two games were both won by 2-0 scorelines to leave the final score 5-1 there winners being Johnny Walker and Alan Smyth who beat Dean Hill and Ricky Campbell.

Social Sports 4-2 Coach Bar

Johnny McKeown got the Coach off to a good start when he beat Adam Gordon by a 2-1 score. The Sports levelled through Dennis Keenan who beat Keith Agnew in straight frames . Richard Campbell gave the Sports the lead by beating Rodney McMaster by a 2-1 scoreline. In the fourth game the Coach levelled the score when Ann Agnew defeated Richard Turtle in straight frames to make the match score 2-2. The home team won the last two games for a 4-2 victory there winners were Brian Boyd and Rosie Turtle who defeated Willie Murphy and Stephen Murphy both by 2-0 scorelines.

Fairhill Hustlers 2-4 Social Cobwebs

Liam Erwin put the Cobwebs into the lead when he defeated Gary Agnew in straight frames. Alan Rainey made it 2-0 for the Cobwebs when he defeated George McCullough also in straight frames. In the third game Davie Rae won the first frame against Jimmy Knowles but Jimmy fought back to win 2-1 and leave the match score 3-0. In the fourth game Gary Richardson had a 2-0 win over Ritchie Irwin to make the score 4-0 for the Cobwebs . Justin Kilpatrick pulled one back for the Hustlers when he beat Stephen Holmes in straight frames and in the last game Dave Montgomery also had a 2-0 win over Neill Marrs to leave the final score 4-2 for the Cobwebs.
